How did you get started in the business?
I joined Appco in May 2009. In all honesty, I never had a long term plan with the group but was keen on developing my interpersonal skills through the training provided. The more I learnt, the more I found out that I could reach my personal and professional goals with Appco. What I like about the company is that every one that joins the company has the same opportunity, which is to run their own office. I was also inspired by Managers in the company. This was especially true when I saw individuals attaining their goals through hard work and dedication. That is why I decided to stay and focus on getting promoted to Ownership.
