Jinyoung joined Appco Group Korea in October 2015. He has nearly eight years working experience in customer service such as telephone consultation, face-to-face consultation and team management. In his current role, his responsibility is to provide welcome and verification call to the customer, and manage the team members through the process in order to ensure the first debit goes well.
